I had a transaction take place a few weeks ago where the lady didn't know how to use paypal, I helped her through 2 email so she wouldn't be so confused. (I wrote about this in an earlier thread)

After it was all said and done, she writes me a note saying I BETTER put something extra in her box because of all the trouble she had to go through. And if I didn't she would leave me negative feedback.

Well, I didn't put anything extra in her box, and I turned her into Ebay for Feedback Extortion. (Don't know what ever bacame of that though)

Well, yesterday I look at my feedback and she has left me a neutral saying:

Neutral : Confusing payment instructions. Seller did not respond to concern re: this.

She is correct that I didn't respond to her after her demanding extra things. I feared I would say something I would regret later.

OK, now that you know the story, I'm in the pilots seat now!!
I want to leave her a BIG FAT NEG!!!! But I am so creative writing challenged. I know some of you have done this for years. What is something I could put that wouldn't make me sound like an idiot? I've waited till today to kinda calm down about the whole thing becuase I don't want to write something I'll regret either.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Amy

I think I would say something like "Paypal is self explanatory. Yes, I did not respond to feedback extortion attempt."
or "Tried several times to walk her thru it. Quit when she demanded "extras". or "Buyer demanded "extras" and attempted feedback extortion. That's when I gave up".

But if you can let others know that it was Paypal that she found so confusing and not YOUR doing, it will make HER look like the dufus without you having to say so!

You could say "I don't give in to extortion"
Or "Buyer couldn't comprehend PayPal even with my help"
Some people should not be allowed to bid unless they can prove they have the IQ of at least a Chimpanzee.

Response to their feedback:

Walked bidder through paying w/ PayPal. Blame PayPal, not me for confusion.

Neg to leave them:

Bidder attempted to get free items by threatening negative feedback - EXTORTION!

Yes, this is definitely a neg, and definitely use that she tried to extortion. I hope this is her first negative, I love leaving morons their first negative feedback...

Thanks guys for all your help.

I used revvassago's idea. That was exactly what I was trying to say.

I looked and she did have another negative, but her rating is now only a 34 heehee

I've blocked her from bidding on anything else, and blocked her from my email, so hopefully I'm done with her.

Its always best to keep to the facts & not get too personal, EVEN THOUGH YOU REALLY WANT TO SLAM THEM.
