Puleeeze! Take with grain of salt! I'm a vertible feeBay cheerleader compared to Rosalinda!

I think there ARE many problems with feeBay -- profitability ain't, however, one of them

Notice the date on that article? 11 Feb 2002

Judging from eBay's stock performance over the last year and their present stock's ratings it looks like Nostradamus didn't write that article.

Here's another old article (written at the same time as the first link) that is more interesting and should be required reading for those getting their news from soapbox sites, and takes it a realistic look at "the next Enron."

It's almost become like garlic warding off vampires. If you don't like a company you dismiss everything in the financial news and you wave "another Enron," as your rallying cry.

I was aware of the date. I thought that it was a very interesting article, specially the part about the number of users ~ it seems to answer the lack of bids; also the falling Sell-Thru-Rates. Another interesting part was about the billing methods used by eBay!

Another interesting area was the sale of stock by insiders.

I used to work for Enron as a contractor (before the crash). Haven't seen anything in eBay that relates to the way Enron ran its business..
