I just received 3 emails from the same buyer that was outraged she didn't receive any out bid notices from two of my auctions. Has anyone else had any problems? I think the buyer thought I was to send the outbid notice. I told her it was a eBay problem and I had no control over it.
I still haven't received EOA notices from 3 of my auctions. It was the 3 most expensive ones. I'll bet eBay has taken their fees.

I would advise them to complain to ebay, since you are not the one responsible for sending that notice out...Ebay has been really bad at sending out all sorts of notices lately, including end of auction notices. I don't really rely on them so I don't care, but I can understand why your customer might get mad about that...

I would advise this person that it is an eBay problem. I hope eBay smartens up & fixes this problem soon. It is causing us sellers to lose $$, eBay to get less in fees and aggravating a lot of buyers.
