I just decided to start shipping outside the U.S. and checked on the cost to send a package to Canada. This is a small box containing a pair of overalls and weighs 2 pounds, 4 ounces. I went to USPS International Postage calculater and entered the information. There is Air Mail Parcel and Air Mail Letter choices. The parcel is much higher. In the description for Parcel Post it states Max. length 24", Max. length, height, depth combined 36". My box is a 14" x 11" x 3" which meets the requirement of letter post. Letter Post is $7 and Parcel Post is $14.25.

That should go Letter Post because the weight and size allow other than letters to be sent this way. Letter-post needs customs forms PS Form 2976 or 2976-A (see 123.61)
