Hi everybody. Anyone notice a problem with signing into ebay? I tried to leave feedback for a person, which requires you to sign in,
but the response shown on the ebay screen was
"Your sign-in information is not valid. Please try again." I tried it twice, with
the same results.
I already double-checked my spelling of my ebay password, and also made sure that I used lowercase characters.

That happened to me yesterday. If you scroll down after a failed attempt you'll probably see 4 numbers in odd fonts that only your computer can see. You'll need to type those numbers in as well as your password. Either a glitch or someone repeatedly trying to log onto your account may have triggered the extra security level by ebay. It usually takes 24 hours for the extra level to go away.

sign-in later on. I still don't know what
caused the error, but hopefully not a would-be account hacker.

Late last night, sign-in was a nightmare. I was trying to get information from PayPal and couldn't. Let's hope it's fixed.
