Just got a reply from an overseas buyer, and when I clicked on the email, a popup stated that to display language characters correctly in the message, I should install a Language Pack.
Anyone familiar with that?

Sounds like the windows update for like japanese,french ect ect ...if you'll click on your start bar (bottom left of your screen)all the way at the top it says Windows updates...click that and it will take you to the page where to get your updates...click scan for updates and do the one you need to read this mail and any other update you may need.....hope this helps
