After last weekend's SCORCHFEST here in the NW, we did some trolling yesterday in the cooler temperatures at some various garage sales. As usual, found some new toys for the 3 y/o but also found a cast iron Nutcracker, a Radio Shack racing wheel for the PlayStation, a self-contained battery starter--in the box for $3, and a ceramic Pokemon Pikachu bank....Got some good stuff to sell (I hope). Anyone else?

Unfortunately, all our sales were rained out yet again. It's really horrible here in Northeast Ohio. In fact, in June we've only had 3 days with no rain at all. Better change soon. I need to go out and buy, buy, buy!

Hit a jewelry load at an estate sale. A little pricy but I did get a few nice pieces. Other than that I hit no other sales. I need to unload the stuff I have before I can buy more. I think that should take about 5 years.
Sorry about your weather Cheryl. Ours is finally clearing up. Beautiful today and heading your way...

Had an extremely good day - NO RAIN - north of Houston ... found 32 pieces of amber colored Tiara Sandwich dishes for a $1/piece. Could make some nice $$$ on them, but my best friend collects this pattern. So, the good deal goes to her, not me!
