I offer a 30 day warranty on all my produtcs.
Shipped a NEW $6000 item to a buyer and never heard from him.
This morning I get a NEG
"$6000.00 item at shop not working shame"
Least these idiots could do is email and seek remedy if there is a problem,instead they take the item to get repaired.

The item closed on May 28th,was sent by truck on Jun 11th in a wooden crate,(crate cost $100 no cost to bidder),seller was notified of shipment by email,arrived June 14th.
Not a word from buyer other than the neg.
As for the warranty I don't know how it could be any clearer than "Comes with a 30 day warranty."

Warranty void if unit opened for any reason. They should have contacted you, but you got your money. Time to move on and make more.

he maybe taking his frustration out on you-warranty is a pain in the you know where,he has to haul the item in to be repaired and in the mean time,he has lost the use of the item
