I have an old Saki pot and 4 bowls to sell, but I have no idea who the maker is, all the writing is in Japanese, is there anyone who can recognize it please?

this is just the artist name and his seal-2 kansi characters.
is there other markings which tell what company makes it??

No, there are no other markings, except that the ones on the cups are different, but in just the same style. There is a small paper label on the bottom that says Made in Japan. Am I right in thinking it is a saki pot, or is it a teapot? I looked through all the marking on the site given, but none matched mine, except one word with I think is "plum garden"

you are not going to find this mark in porcelain and pottery of japan.
this is the seal and name of the artist who painted the lady,he could be an ukiyo-e artist,it is common to copy the design on dishes and plates etc,one common theme everyone knows is the hokusai big wave.
there is a site on ukiyo-e artists of 16th c to modern time, but it does not really matter who the artist is,it is just a copy of his print.
since japan has become so successful in making cars and industrial goods and pushes the labor cost sky high, many of these small household items are made in hong kong, taiwan, philippines and korea.
recent ones may come from china .

It looks to be like a Teapot. Sake (with an "e" pourers are usually smaller, with the sake cups being of smaller size; however I can't tell by the picture what size it is. It still looks like a teapot size.

Yes, it is teapot size, the little cups are about 21/2" tall, each with a different lady pictured. Checking on eBay, they are not worth as much as I thought. This one has a collectible store price of $49.99 on the bottom, but they are not selling for anywhere near that on eBay.
