Is this Depression Glass? Has an etched design around top. If so, what would you call this?

Needle etched Elegant Glass. I don't know the pattern.
There is a fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness."

I looked through my Replacements Ltd. book and this etch is not there. It is a needle etch but a lot of times the design was added post production. it certainly looks like depression glass.

i believe it is a sherbert cup...sorry can't find the pattern in my book
