Logged into eBay and there was their new page. Seems quite nice. I think they did a good job. Any comments.

I like the look of the new auction pages. You can certainly tell when a seller offers Paypal.

I guess the part about making the sellers put a local location in the location box was a myth as I saw a USA in one location box. I can see a few buyers getting made when that Media Mail package from Hawaii takes several weeks.

One thing I just noticed is that the Watch This Item link is at the very top and when you click it it no longer goes to a seperate page that tells you the number of items on your watchlist and then makes you return to what you were doing on abay. That saves a click every time but no longer let's you know the total of items being watched ( and how close to the 30 item limit you are ). Also once an item is on your watch list it says that on every auction on the list so you won't have to wonder if you marked it already.

The new page is terrible. Uglier than sin. The only thing that saves it's looks is the pic in left hand corner. Of course, you only get that if you use Ipix pic hosting. I will not be black-mailed into that!!!!!

The ending date is grey, hard to see and tiny. WHY?

I think it looks very professional and uniform. By the looks of it though the third party listing services may lose quite a few customers because of the layout/photos hassles and that may have been a big part of changing the layout in the first place.

I agree with rags - new page is ugly as sin and they couldnt PAY ME to use IPIX in my listings - what a mediocre image provider!

Why isnt the title centered and larger font - very hard to find! and what happened to the start date?

I agree that the Vendio templates now look kind of funny under the new listing header but maybe I'll get used to it..

I thought Vendio was going to find a way to integrate the VD image in the top part of the listing - did I dream that??
