Okay, everybody. I have three puzzling or mysterious things I'm in the process of listing. I"m putting them in separate threads. (My testing thread a while ago was to see if I could paste the image locations of the pictures into a word perfect document and then copy that to a Vendio thread. I was glad to see it worked. I'm kinda slow here, and it takes me forever to learn new-fangled tricks.
#1. This little individual creamer apparently has been overprinted/decaled, or such over a U. S. Army mark! I cannot tell what the mark says besides U. S. Army and I think I see Department. Any clues? I'm also including the mark on the bottom, which I can't "get."

I believe the red mark is for the U.S. Army Medical Department. It's probably from a military hospital. The bottom mark is from a restaurantware china co in Ohio. Kind of blurred, but I think it might be Tepco.

"Kind of blurred." Well, I should say!
I don't think the army stamped over the design. Looks like the reverse to me. Somebody went home with it, gave it to Rose the Riveter, who then practiced her decal work or painting or such.
Thanks, you all. I'm going to go with sparkz thoughts here unless someone wants to overrule him. Never heard of Tepco, but what the hay.

The reason the markings on the bottom are blurred, especially if it is not under the glaze, is that the military uses strong disinfectants on dinnerware that is used in certain areas of the hospitals. Remember, the people who used that creamer were not in the best of health. Otherwise, they wouldn't be in the hospital. I think I can make out Tepco in the blur, but I could be wrong. However, they are a strong candidate, as they supplied the military with a lot of dinnerware and China, along with Syracuse and Shenango.

They made alot of restaurant diner ware. Folks LOVE these little individual creamers.
Try something like this for a title.... " RC Restaurant Diner Ware Individual Creamer".
