Actually it's computerized and I'm selling it for my boss. Let me ask him what he wants for it. Here's a picture of it:

Thanks Cheryl ... i guess computerized means motorized too? ... I'm near Akron ... if you want to email me about the treadmill, send to [email protected] ... or if anyone else out there is within a daytrip driving distance from here, and can sell me a motorized treadmill for $50, please email me ... that's really something i could want to use when the weather turns cold this year.

There already is a board on Vendio for Wanted. Would be nice to have one that's a For Sale, too! That way, we wouldn't have to deal with the problems jackswebb has right now.

hmmm... I'm thinking vendio probably wouldn't like this because they'd rather have us put those in a vendio store so they can get a little piece of the pie? ...

OH I see! I have been using our local throw away paper and there is a pretty popular online site that is used for free want ads of all types. It's popular in the sf bay area, anyway. I think it's nation wide. I don't think I am allowed to mention the name here.

That's for sure! They first moved out of SF to move to san jose. Now they are just moving out of state. Don't blame 'em. I was born in SF but would never live there again.

They are moving to the Central Valley. Crappy houses in my neighborhood sell for $400,000 to $500,000 and the same exact houses cost only $190,000 in Manteca or Salida.

The buyers in my neighborhood are almost all Asian imigrants from China. Many pay cash for the $500,000 homes. Many of the homes are sold without regular real estate signs or realators. The imigrants have their own networks for everything. Very shrewd dudes.

I'm surprised that Maria let the Terminator run. Now all the juicy details of his long running affair will be all we get to hear. I hope he doesn't try to run on a 'family values' platform.
