That memo is as old as the hills.
How do I know.... "please tell them to email their questions and concerns to the appropriate department".

If it was current it would have said our auto responders are bogging down the email system please refer them to the help webform.
Ebay don't do phone or email

Sure look on this page and see if you can find it eBay.com. They were very crafty about hiding the Live Help, it took me almost 2 seconds to find it.
