Just because it belonged to Johnny does not change the fact of what he is selling.

Bets?

IS IT BECAUSE HE IS A POWERSELLER??????????

I tried listing a nude tie and it wouldn't go. I tried even listing it without nude in the title but vendio wouldn't list it. Oh well better a gun than a nude tie.

When gun was listed a red flag should have gone up but maybe it did and it was overlooked. You try that Jackswebb or Tomwii and I bet it's gone right away or maybe your gone.

If it don't get sold here it will just get sold somewhere else and if it is sold here,,,,,there is a clear road right to the seller AND the buyers front door. Only a FOOL would sell something that would endanger THEIR Freedom. When they do, you won't find them on e bay any longer. e jail?

Question, how do you send something like this through the mail? Or even though UPS or Fed X? Geesh, what a chance these people are taking especially during these times. I guess you could always accuse him of selling terrorists weapons on Ebay. Can you just see the headlines?

I was under the impression that you needed an FFL to ship and receive firearms?

So they would need to ship it to a local gun dealer...

Most states have handgun laws.
In the states that do, and I would think all do by now.
The gun will have to be shipped to a dealer or FFL holder,at which point the buyer picks up from them.
That keeps everything on the up & up.
You don't need a FFL to sell or send.
UPS is no problem for shipping.
The USPS is another story!

Maybe Meg joined the NRA? It kind of shows that ebay gave up on enforcing most of their rules.

A year ago I tried to list a book on snakes that had 2 BB holes in the cover and their software wouldn't let me list an auction with the "BB" in it.

The Post Office,,you'd be chatting with some investigators if they realized what was in the just normal everyday box. UPS and Fed Ex are private enterprise. You need it delivered, consider it done.
