HAven't we seen this lot before? I seem to remember something about a renter that went to jail and this was left behind... Am I losing it or does someone else remeber the bag full of jewelry with tags attached and the darthvader url?

Well, it's been seven months since the first postings. What's happened between then and now that changes the situation as far as whether or not it's legal to sell?
Not that that means much but just thought I'd ask...

well, after seven months true owner is either in prison or has quietly moved on so they think they really do own it now.
