Can anyone tell me what branch of service this is and what vintage? Back of postcard has the following: "The 90 Company on parade with the colors" Thanks in advance!

The leggings,boots,and hats are are consistent with what personal in a Calvary unit might wear. Calvary may mean horses and it might mean tanks. the weapons appear to be of the Springfield type. Count the stars on the flag if you get 48 its after 1912.
