Okay! There's a newbie loose on Ebay. He has bid on several of my items and paid via paypal immediately. Now I get a money order from him for two auctions--that aren't mine! The money order has my name and address. Should I cash it and Paypal him the money or just mail it back. Never encountered such a thing! I'm afraid they may be stuck since it has my name on it, or am I mistaken?

I'd email him to inform him of his mistake and ask which he prefers. It would probably be easier just to mail it back, though. Censorship, like charity, should begin at home; but unlike charity, it should end there --Clare Booth Luce

I had a similar problem and someone told me it would cost the seller to stop payment on the money order. So it's cheaper to just cash it and refund the money. I let the buyer know and then I sent her a check for the same amount. (I don't take paypal).

they would not have to stop payment on the money order.
as long as they have both parts, body and receipt, they can return it to place of purchase. at that point the front of the body is voided, marked "not used as intended" and the buyers money will be returned.
you should email him and ask which he prefers. the fastest solution would be to Paypal him the money and cash it.
