Hi, it looks like a gold overlay champagne glass, with gold rim trim on foot base and glass. Sometimes glasses like these are used at wedding receptions for the Bride and Groom and parents of the couple. On the old ones the gold can go from 10k up to 18-24k. I do not know about the newer ones.
