I had a zero feedback user BIN a book of mine from my store and to date I have had no response to any of my e-mails. I just checked their feedback and they are NARU but instead of finding any negs or the usual stuff involved with a NARU, it says "User not yet confirmed"! What the heck does this mean? I have never seem this before...if they are not yet "confirmed", how were they able to Buy It Now in the first place?
And the kicker is I can't file a NPBA or file for my FVF until the the usual 7/10 time limit. (I just tried). I thought a person was able to get credit immediately on a NARU user? (I guess I thought wrong!)

Someone else posted here recently that they could not file an instant NPB refund on a NARUed buyer. I thought it was a fluke but maaybe not.

Have you tried filing for your fees. Go try it and I think that you will get them right away.

Well...like I said, I just tried to file my NPBA and FVF and eBay won't let me yet....says I have to wait the 7 days...what I REALLY want to know is how was this unconfirmed user able to buy anything on eBay?

You are limited on the number of auctions that you can bid upon until you confirm your identity and my guess is this person has hit their limit.

I finally encountered this same situation. I had a bidder win an auction and also have an expired hotmail address. I turned the buyer in for a bad email and after 6 days ebay NARU'd him. When I tried to file for the final NPB fees refund it said to wait and an alert had not been filed. I next tried filing the NPB alert and it instantly posted the refund after the usual questions.

That must be want is needed to get a refund from a NARU'd buyer. File the alert and ebay grants the refund.
