I just got a neg. from a newbie buyer 4 days after auction end saying I never contacted them. This after repeated bounced emails from me to them. I requested ebay cancel the neg. but after a week it's still there. What options do I have, if any?

It usually takes a while for ebay to adjust an unfair feedback. Keep emailing ebay until they respond. You have to hope that they didn't just block your email address and they do have a genuine bad email address when ebay tries to contact them.
That is the newest loophole in the weak ebay feedback system.

as someone else observed recently, e-bay don't care a rodents rear quarters for their sellers.....if only there was another decent venue.....
