For the last two days I have had a buyer emailing me with questions about how fast I could get an item to her,if I could use overnight shipping, etc.... Today I get a payment from her from bidpay/auction payments. It was confirmed shortly after. I go to prepare the item for shipping (a piece of jewelery for $65.00) and I wanted to leave feedback.(I know that all of you don't agree with leaving feedback first, please let's stick with the question, LOL)Anyhow, I go to leave feedback and she is NARUED. I look up her alternate id that she once emailed me from and that is also NARUED. So, my question is.....do I need to contact auction payments and find out what's up? Are they responsible to send me the money order anyhow? I rarely work with AP and don't know what to do next. Any suggestions would be gladly accepted...Thanks!

Did you check to see how many items she's bid on in the last month? Perhaps she's had users file for their fees back if she hasn't paid.
I'd probably wait for the Money Order to arrive from Auction Payments and then ship her the package. You could also e-mail her and ask her for an explanation.

Kiara,
Thanks, I did email her, but no returns yet. I just wondered if I needed to tell Auction Payments. She seemed to need the ring fast. It doesn't look like she has bid on other items lately. Hummmm?

cramer, your money is on its way if the auctionpayments emails are is legit and I am guessing they are. I don't think the buyer can cancel a auctionpayments payment so you are home free about getting paid. If you ship right away or not is your call but I don't see much risk. The nice thing about this is you can't get a negative feedback no matter what you decide.
