Hi!!! All you smart Vendio people out there, somebody can help me (I hope).
I am trying to open a new account (I want another name and am going to open a store). Ok, I have gone back and forth with Customer Service and am starting to panic. I have removed my info from my 1st account and when I try to open a new account, the error message says I have my new name stored somewhere in Vendio. I know this is super-confusing, but what I'm trying to do shouldn't be that hard!
In the meantime, I can't edit,or list--I'm going bananas!!
If somebody has been through this and knows what I'm trying to do, please respond! Oh and by the way, how will I access all the info and pix from the 1st account?

photo, it might take them a day or two to move all your photos and data to a new account. Why did you delete the first one, did they tell you to do that?
