I really wonder what the heck is wrong with people sometimes..Here is a email I just got-I sent the bidder one Vendio notice

She Writes:

I always pay for my Auctions within minutes of having won them and I just got 2 invoices stating you wanted Payment but I have already sent it!! Paypal Payment was sent before I received this Checkout email. PayPal Transaction Number is ID #. Payment of $ was sent on Thursday, February 5th @ 20:46:38 PST to ...... Let me know if you didn't get it so that I can get a hold of PayPal and have them cancel the payment.

I've never had any problems before and after having received 2 notices from you within 3 hours of having WON your item and PAID for it gives me the impression you are in need of your money and just to let you know...PAYMENT HAS BEEN SENT ALREADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM NOT A DEADBEAT BIDDER AND IF I BID IT'S BECAUSE I DO INTEND TO PAY FOR IT!!!!!!!!!! DON'T SEND ME ANY MORE INVOICES!!!!!!!!!! ITEM HAS BEEN PAID FOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yep, you sent her one Vendio invoice, Ebay sent her something that looked like an invoice (WBN), if you have your paypal setup for it, they may have even received a notice from them.

I've noticed lately that many of my buyers are paying for their auctions before I can even send them a Vendio invoice. I do not automatically send Vendio invoices because of this.

I have Paypal set up to notify my Vendio when the buyer pays. I love it. It updates shipping address and everything and I don't have to hassle my buyers to fillout another form.

(I sent an EOA invoice to this guy. Never heard back from him. Sent the perfunctory payment reminder, a week later. Then guy dropps about 10 emails in my inbox the same day stating he had mailed the payment!! All caps and !!!!!
I was like, sorry to trouble ya, bud, but you initiated this transaction, not me!@)

I never use Vendio checkout, Really,
only one is enough. I use the eBay invoice & it works great.

Only one invoice is needed. The buyer just lost his cool but any seller sending multiple automatic invoices is hurting all ebay sellers.

I have my WBN through Vendio to say in the first line "this is an automated email, if you've already paid through paypal thank you for the payment and you'll receive a confirmation from me shortly".

How do you get those to stop if they do pay through paypal before it goes out?

Turn off "automatically send WBN" in your Preferences.

She needs to really loosen up! Get her some of thet 2 buck chuck and send it along. LOL! It happens all the time. You pay via Paypal and an hour later you get a notice from Paypal to pay for your item.

I don't use the paypal or Ebay invoices. I have my own that works for me.

When I buy I get anywhere from 0 email payment notices to 3.

Some people send nothing. Now this is what bugs me. Send out your Invoice so I can pay you. Why should the bidder have to track down the seller.

OK believe it or not with over 1500 transactions this is the first time anyone has flipped on me about this...Does ebay send out a sufficiant invoice and does it autmatically combine multiple auctions. Does that invoice work for others? I will turn off my WBN from Vendio-I know it is turned off with PayPal...AuctionAce-No mean to hurt anyone

Classic-You are tooooo funny

I send a personal congrats on your win,I let ebay send a congrats that you won and I have have Pay-pal set up to send one also....and I only had 3 non paying bidder last year,So I'm not changing a thing.I think your buyer was just having a bad day and your multi invoices prolly just topped it off .If it was me I'd write a short kind note (lol while thinking bad thoughts) Saying that is the way you've alway ran your business and you didn't think she was a dead beat.Just that pay-pal notices have been running slow as has ebay (I just got this item sold on a sell that closed 3 days ago and has been mailed)and you records show that she has paid. This place is great because you can come here and b*tch about how rude some people are (or praise if that be the case)and not have to keep it bottled up ! My one non paying bidder this year finally paid yesterday yeah !! Only took 26 days and a non paying bidders alert

June...Don't blame the buyer, blame ebay...I received 2 notices from ebay about items I had already paid for (and had already received the item)...I emailed both sellers and I admit I kinda had an attitude in my emails back to them...They both wrote back with literally the same email...Reminders were sent out by ebay for all the items they had sold on a certain day...They both said they had gotten some other nasty emails besides mine and to disregard the notices...Cut the person some slack, I know how they feel, lol..
