***eBay Motors Parts & Accessories 2 Day 50¢ Insertion Fee Sale***

eBay Motors will be holding a two-day 50¢ Insertion Fee Sale for non-vehicle listings on the U.S. site (www.ebaymotors.com) beginning Wednesday, February 18th, 2004 at 00:00:01 PT (12:00 AM plus one second) and ending at 23:59:59 PT on Thursday, February 19th, 2004 (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds). Motors non-vehicle listings created prior to February 18th, 2004 and scheduled to start during the promotional period February 18-19th, 2004 will be eligible for the promotional rate.
During the 50¢ Insertion Fee Sale promotion:
For Auction-Style and Fixed Price eBay Motors non-vehicles listings, the insertion fee will be capped at $0.50. This promotion will not apply for eBay.com, Motors vehicles, International, Live Auction, Professional Services, and Store Inventory listings.
All other fees (including Final Value Fees and all other optional listing upgrade fees, such as Buy It Now, Highlight, Gallery Featured, Category Featured, Listing Designer, Gift Services, Bold, Reserve, extended duration insertion fees, etc.) will still be charged. The promotional rate does not apply to listings with a start date prior to February 18th, 2004, including those listings revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also does not apply to listings created during the promotional period, February 18-19th, 2004 but scheduled to start after February 19th, 2004.
