I have a PSYCHO buyer who is probably going to neg me for no reason, as she has sent me some nasty, unwarranted emails, etc. Anyway, she currently has 98.0% feedback. At what point does eBay suspend someone's account? Is it under 98.0%, or is there a certain percentage that buyers have to maintain? I'm thinking I may neg her first if there's a chance that eBay will suspend her if she has less than 98.0%. My neg would put her under 98.0% feedback. Thanks in advance for your help!

Ebay growls about a lot of things. But when you go sticking your hand into Meg's purse, they bite. The very last thing I would do is try to avoid Ebay's fees unless I was getting ready to cancel my account anyway.

You should have BLOCKED the bidder on the first stiff. Never as a seller leave feed back first...makes no sense it's OVER when the BUYER get the Good. He says thanks and you respond THEN. Others will disagree. Many have changed their tune to leaving a response ONLY.
