I'm wondering what others experience with PayPal is in terms of offering two accounts. One for those paying with a funded account and one for those using credit and debit cards? Does anyone have experience with these accounts?

The last missive from PayPal Central said that auction sellers can't do that. Let me see if I can find it.
Here's the relevant excerpt:
"As a reminder, PayPal does not allow sellers to split payments from buyers between a Personal and a Premier/Business Account. If you have a Premier or Business Account, all payments for online sales must go to that account."

yikes! Being new, I didn't realize that How can they "demand" that you can or can't do that? In the brief time I've been using eBay, I've bought three items and each one of those sellers asked me first, whether I was using a credit card or paying from a PayPal account that had a positive balance. Two of them sent over payment requests directly from their PayPal accounts.
