I was just falsely accused of copying someone elses material and had my listings removed. I cannot contact Ebay and the accusers info is not given other than an email address which gets me nowhere with ebay. I am out in the cold... what do I do?

If they are claiming copyright infringement, and you have not copied their material, file a counter-notice.
