My yard sale find of the day and of course I need help...The lady I bought it from said it was wedding gift she got 14 years ago and has never taken it out the box. The box it was in says "Peebles" but i'm not sure if thats the maker or just a box it was wrapped in.It's marked W. Germany 690 18 on the bottom, Measures 31 inches around and 6-1/2 inches tall,the opening is 3-3/4 inches .Lovely blueish green color with a leaf design.
Can anyone tell me if Peebles is the maker and help me date it. Thanks As always for any information !

Toasted, that may just be the box. I know there is a peebles here and its a low end variety/department store. Dont know if they import from west germany however.
