Looked all over the Ebay info and still don't see how to obtain my FVF for an item returned and $$ refunded. All I see is to file an NPB and wait. My buyer is concerned about keeping his record unblemished. Help!

maybedee I think when you file the NPB it gives you a option to choose refund was mutual

Thanks for your quick response toasted. Will that leave an ugly NPB on my buyers record?

No, there is nothing put on the buyers record if you choose mutally agreed to cancel transaction.
