Just got home last night from the big Atlantic City show. My husband, sister, and I walked every inch of the umteen million miles (or so it seemed to my feet) from 9 to 5 on Saturday and 10 to 2 on Sunday. Did anyone else go and if so how do you think it compared to past years? I keep hearing that table-top shows are doomed but it seemed to me Saturday was as crowded as it has been in the past.
We bought very little on Saturday but on Sunday some of the dealers were making deep cuts in the usual out-of-sight show prices and we got a couple of things we had been searching for.

Darn, I wish we had. We were in AC on a bus trip Sun. from LI and almost took a cab over to the convention center. Stayed on the boardwalk instead and won!!! I guess if we had lost I'd realy feel bad. Think I'll plan for it next year.

We go as much for the exercise, entertainment, and education as the buying. Some years we have bought nothing but still enjoyed the experience. My sister fed $1.05 in nickels into a slot machine after we had dinner at a casino one night but that was the extent of our gambling.
