I had an auction close over a week ago, and high bidder won't respond. I have sent it to ebay to send request for payment from there non-paying bidder form. I thought I read about the next higher bidder getting a chance to purchase item if they choose, but can't find where to read about how to do that. Can you steer me toward where this info might be found?

You need to Email the winning bidder and let them know that the auction will be voided if they don't respond in 24 hrs. Send this email through the Ebay servers instead of from your regular email account. Then go to the auction page and click on the bidding history line. The underbidders will be flagged for a second chance offer. Select the next highest bidder and follow the prompts. Don't forget to file for FVF on the first bidder.
