Just received and paid my Ebay bill. Looking it over a little while ago I see two items that were billed with an FVF twice. There may be more errors but it will take time to read all those numbers, the item is not listed by title in many charges. I know there was a billing problem a while ago and read that it was fixed. Any one else finding this happening.

I am not gonna jump on any bandwagon about that, waaaaaaaay to I believe purposely confusing.
E bay knows those number are just that, numbers. We have nooooooooo idea what is what if yer selling alot! Xed fingers and pray.
The few times I have bothered to really L@@k that stuff over, many times the item is NO longer in their base! Hell the auction only ended last week! I gave up and I am SURE that is their plan.
That, is where they REALLY do need some outside agency looking at them.

Well, you got me looking at my bill. On march 27th they charged me for Sellers's Assistant Pro 24.99. I don't even use this service as use Vendio. Now who do I complain to. Here we go.............

I did send an email to Ebay and will post any responses here. I'm not a high volume seller but my bill did seem too high for what I sold this past month.

I know they are having problems. I did not see any credits for relists that sold, so that is one problem for sure.

ebay is having tons of problems right now with the accounts. They've been having themsince the end of march and as far as I can see they aren't doing much to fix them. I began emailing them on 4-3-2004 and received one response. All emails since then have been ignored by ebay. Keep an eye on your Paypal account as well. On march 31st I paid ebay with my paypal account. On 4-3 the payment was reversed out of my ebay account but was never credited back to paypal.
I am a bit frustrated, but no dead bodies are laying around yet so I'm maintaining some control.

I Think,,,,,the State of Cal i for nia has a Comptroller? Is that Not their business to comptrol? If this is happening tooooooooo many times,,,,,,,A checks and balance from the State seems to ring in my ears.....otherwise,,,Enron,,,,and on and on and on,,,,,,,,,,

I received one of those new billings. I think is stinks. The old form, all of your billings you could tell when you get a credit or billed, all of the info was grouped relevantly together and in order by when you made the transaction. Now, it is very tough to read and all over the place. It is extremely difficult to decifer between a charge and a credit.
Once again, ebay has taken something that was working just fine and screwed it up.
