In GREEN letters Where you normally see $0.00 and you can fill in whatever,,,,On the Running auction I was just informed it says FREE in that box!!!!!! I looked at the CLOSED auction and it says $0.00.....I don't even know how to get the WORD FREE in that box and assumed it only takes a dollar amount if you care to state shipping and handling fees in it,,,,,Anyone else have this happen??

Believe me,, 35 pounds ain't gonna be shipped by this seller for FREE.

If you do it this way, your are accepting $50.00 as payment in full and you must deliver for that. It is a matter of law. In order for you to legally complete this transaction, you must deny the shorted payment, and then they must send you the correct amount.

But then again, you do deserve what you get the way you post here.

Sounds like an Ebay glitch/programming error where they were trying this:

"***Coming Soon: Offer Multiple Shipping Methods for Your Item***
Date: 04/15/04 Time: 04:17:44 PM PDT

Within a few weeks, we will be adding more shipping options for sellers listing their items through the Sell Your Item form or eBay selling tools.

Currently, sellers are able to either select a flat shipping rate when listing their item that will be displayed to buyers, or take advantage of the Shipping Calculator in cases where the shipping amount is dependant on the buyer’s location.

After we introduce this enhancement, sellers will be able to offer buyers a choice of shipping methods. Sellers will be able to select up to 3 shipping services (such as USPS Media Mail, UPS Ground, etc.), designating either a flat rate or using calculated shipping for each. Buyers will then be able to choose the desired shipping method while paying for the item.

This will be available to sellers listing through SYI in the next few weeks. eBay selling tools (such as Turbo Lister and Seller's Assistant Pro) will support this enhancement beginning in mid-May.

Regards,
eBay"

Think I'll hold off on listing for a few days....

Stone, there WAS a Time when I and Many others I am sure did not EVEN know about refunding,,,,,pay pal intentionally BURIES that Button, as they Don't REALLY want you to refund, that way Pay pal collects even MORE money. Before I was woken up to this fact, thanks to this board, I use to just ask for the money that they had shorted me.Then when I WAS aware of it, I refunded. and asked for the FULL amount.....A few, burned me. So much for YOUR theory.....I am SURE there are millions who still don't know about the refund feature. According to you,,,they are ALL going to jail....hahahahahah.....
