Just wondering if someone out there can lend a hand on identifying the following:

I was told it was Dresden, but have my doubts. Another individual offered the advice of Victorian German porcelain in the Meissen style. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!

I really don't think this is Dresden as Dresden would be marked Bavria, not Germany
