If you just want to host photos, and not have a bunch of auction bells and whistles, I'd recommend fotki.com...30 bucks a year for unlimited storage, and they give you the url to use for each photo for ebay or other use.

Maybe consider your own hosted web site like on www.pair.com. I have done this for a couple of years and have been very happy with the service, they are extremely reliable virutally never a problem or any down time. You can have a 100 Meg of space for $6.00 a month, You use ftp to upload your photos and they are there as long as you pay the bill. Also very useful for hosting photos for your webstore.
