I wonder if anyone can shed any light on this situation. Everytime I go to do an auction on Ebay now, a zero (0) appears in the category box, and it won't give me the drop down box to choose a category. Anyone got any ideas what is going on. This is irritating as heck, as I have to go to Ebay site to get the correct category number. I want my drop down box!!!

I can't help you with that, since I've never actually used Vendio...well, not in a production environment anyway. Sorry. Someone will be along any moment now.

toyzme: I have 'heard' of this issue a few months back but can't remember the several resolutions mentioned .. there were issues with that dropdown menu ... separate issues for aol'ers and separate for others ... they were discussed in the 'vendio services/sales manager and image' section of these online forums ... i respectfully would suggest you ask this question there. ...
When you start an auction in Vendio, the first page that comes up is Choose Category. Mid-way down the page is Select eBay Category. There are drop-downs for the sub-categories selections.
Are these the drop-down boxes you can't find?
I'm afraid I can't help as far as finding a number on the eBay site. I don't use a number, just the pull-down fields in Vendio.
