Apparel? Beauty aids?

WHAT ABOUT MY MERCHANDISE?

I wanna know what the future is for Beany Babies, Pogs, Pokemon cards. How about my new lines - pointy edge tire-on-rim planters and laser pointers?

Apparel? I don't care about no Stinking APPAREL.

Might be time to find something else to sell. I checked into all of those 4 years ago, and all the auction sites were so flooded, with no sales, it was pretty simple to figure out that the majority of the collectors of those items, already had them.

OK, I did some checkin of my own-
Currently on ebay-

"junk"- 632 auctions, mostly baseball cards ( "NO JUNK" )and model cars.

"bean* bab*" - 19404 auctions

"pokemon cards" - 3988 auctions

"laser pointer*" - 1060 auctions

"pogs" - 282 auctions

"tire planter" - 6 auctions , nice ones too!

"pointy top tire planters" - O auctions, OK, I may have to keep them as a local item, we do real well with them down at the farmers market.
Most anyone could make one with an old tire on a rim but I guess folks don't have time.
Uncle Elbert said most older folks can't get thru a 6 ply with a utility knife, he's
probably right, too.

Again I say, apparel, BLAHHHH! Beauty aids, pffffhhhh!

No girly stuff for me!!!

[ edited by bob9585 on May 26, 2004 08:57 PM to add Uncle Elberts thoughts. He's my momma's half brother and damn smart about regular stuff.]

Edited again to explain what I edited and to get rid of an unintended smiley face.
