I understand that someone (not me) is planning on selling some disturbing pictures of a suicide. I made the mistake of looking at one. The horrified expressions of the onlookers say it all. Click on this ONLY if you have a strong stomach:

fluffy....I'm sorry that I didn't listen to your advice. I had a nice dinner waiting for me. Now a beautiful vegee omelette is sitting there getting cold. I lost my appetite. How sad for the jumper and just as said for the onlookers. We should ask ourselves, "Isn't there something we can do as a society to prevent events like this?"

It's a sign of the times we live in. I wouldn't be surprised if we see dozens of these types of images over the summer.

Kinda cute but last summer my view on suicide changed when I was nearly hit by a 36yr old man who jumped off the route 11 bridge in Chateuagay NY as I walked out of the stream back to my pickup. 136 feet to jagged rock. I was fishing under the bridge in some of my favoriate riffles I had fished since 1983. I dont know if I will ever fish there again including this comming weekend when I make the 5 hour journey up there once again...

It makes you wished they had "chickened" out. This might have been avoided.

Micmic--your suicide story reminds me of something else, only marginally related.

A professor friend of ours spent his summers in Yellowstone as a ranger, along with his wife. They were having a barbecue for a bunch of friends and a helicopter flying overhead accidentally dropped a body bag into their midst. He has never forgotten it, and has nightmares sometimes about the fright it caused.

BREAKFAST is surely the more appropriate venue for viewing this shocking picture!

You saw the movie "Heathers", didn't you.
