Where do I find or request the buyers address? She sent a Western Union MO from Canada, but I can't understand her writing for the address and abbriviations.

i dont think you can find the complete address.
the ebay end of auction notice tells you where she is,country and zip.
if you pull her contact information,you may find her phone number and call her.
why dont you email her and let her know you cant read her handwriting

Just snip it from the hand scribbled paper she sent and tape it on. It's in code so you can't find her. Only the post man knows where she lives and is able to read it. I alter NOTHING they send.
E mail her and tell her to send an e mail with the exact addrerss. Or you won't be responsible if it's not delivered.
