It's probably legit. Someone has tried to email you and it either got misdirected to your spam filters or bounced back and they reported you for invalid contact information. Do you have any Ebay customers whose email addresses you have blocked?

My old toy, if your a/v or firewall program supports it, you can check those ISP numbers and see if it is indeed from an EBAY server or bounced to look like its from one.
You can even check at samspade.org.

The IP addressgiven, 10.247.61.74, comes up as "unknown" on SenderBase.com. Usually with eBay addies, they come up as "eBay".

I would contact eBay & see if it is legit.
