I know this was discussed before, but I never had the need to pay any attention. I want to create a buyer ID on eBay so that I have one for seller and one for buying, but I can't find where to do that. I can't register because I'm already registered. "Help" is no help at all. Suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks.

I have two ID's. I think all I did was first go to Yahoo and set up a new mail account. Then go back to ebay and register under a new ID. I don't know if you need a different credit card than on the first ID if you plan to sell on the second ID. If you are signed in with ebay on your first ID you may have to sign out and then register. Hope this helps.

It's been a while since I did it, but I think you do have to register. But you have to register with a different e-mail address than the one you use for your current ebay id.

Paws is right. Make sure you aren't signed in to Ebay, then go to the home page and pretend you're brand new at it all and register the new user name and e-mail address with them.

At the top of every e bay page is a list of "stuff" one says "register". Click and your on your way to a new e bay ID. hahahaha, just for fun say you don't have a credit card OR bank account. For $5.00 you are in.

Every Ebayer needs at least 4 seperate user I.D.'s. One to buy with, one to sell with, one to shill with, and one to let the kids entertain themselves with by wrecking seller's auctions when they are out of school and bored.
