Having received a broken in shipment item, I can speak to their TERRIBLE claims service! This is a $1300 item and they just keep telling us "it's in process". Their claims are back logged so they take their own sweet time settling a claim.

Awful customer service!

I JUST went there, clicked the thing on this vendio page. Whenever they make it SIMPLE to do a comparison check of their prices against the OTHERS I might consider them. I REFUSE to ENTER ALL that information just for a simple what should be ,,,,,,zip codes Minimal,,,,State, City. Names? ha! and ALL the other BS. To see how much it will be.

And the Beat goes on,,,,,,,,

I can vouch for their POOR customer service. I received a framed print thru DHL about a month ago. The box was crushed, and as I picked up the package (left leaning against my garage door in the rain), I could hear all the glass falling around inside the box. <p>

Needless to say, the print was ruined after the broken glass ripped it to shreds inside the box. I called DHL, and they said they would send me a claim form. I waited 2 weeks, got nothing, called them again. Again they promised a claim form. After ANOTHER 2 weeks, I STILL had no claim form, so I called them a 3rd time to get a form, and they finally just faxed me one (why they didn't offer to do that the first time is beyond me).

<p>
I filled out the claim form and sent it back in immediately, and now it's been 10 days since then. Anyone care to guess how long it will be until I get a refund? I'm taking bets as I type!

Tried them once, shipped 12 items 7 of them I had to reship with fedex because DHL broke the items and they never, never reinbursed me for the broken items. Never again will I use them.
