Looks like Italian Tole to me. I don't know for sure when these were made - I would guess in the 1920's to 1940's. I'm not sure it really matters as they are very popular. Be sure to include Chic & Shabby in your listing.

My guess would be the same as Ladyjewells. If no one here can positively identify it, you can take it to an experienced electrician (preferably one in his 60's or older). He will be able to give you a time frame on the cloth coverd wire.

i did a search on Italian Tole and found a few that were almost identical, the only difference was the flower type.

I don't know anything about chandeliers but the flowers look like poppies or anemone:

Don't you use the latest SMPro? It should save it for you automatically even if you crashed you won't loss it all - just the last one.
Good luck with the chandelier. I just found one with palm tree leaves. I've got to paint it but I think that it's unique.

ladyjewels, i use the latest smpro but unless you save it to a different name each time i lose the last item i wrote up. this time i lost the whole batch. i had saved it earlier though so i only lost the last 3 items. have they fixed that glitch since i downloaded it?

Even if you don't name it - I believe it's just save as Batch 1. I guess I could be wrong as I always save it to a name.
I love this latest change in SMPro as my computer locks up all the time and I always forgot to save after each listing.
I had a lot of trouble with SMPro the last time I used it too. Do you think they have some problems?

the problem would happen when i tried to edit an auction...then the error would happen and i would be done. if you just save and don't use "save as" i guess it works alright. thats what they told me in support anyway.
