This has been my worst year for NPB. Hundereds of dollars I was counting on not going to be there.

The excuses run from, " i lost my credit card, "I really didn't order this item" ......

grrrr

I'm getting a lot of that also. Especially the one about I didn't mean to buy it.

And it is amazing how for some people the only e-mail that is able to get through is the one from eBay informing them they now have an Unpaid Item Strike.

Oh, that one doesn't even seem to get through sometimes.

But I have a 100% response rate when I write to tell them they're a f*cking moron whose keyboard should be taken away while their fingers are being broken one by one.

Must be something about that message that always gets it through spam filters, ISPs that mysteriously drop email and full mailboxes.

Huh.

Just yesterday I got an email from a woman who holds me responsible for her account being NARU'd.

Of course it was accompainied by a payment and a demand I remove the strikes.

I wonder if she sent the same to the other two sellers who entered strikes?

I had one who called me up and asked me to remove my strike because I was the one who got her NARU. I told her I could do that if she sent payment, then got ahold of the other two person's who filed for FVF against her. Then she went into a BS story about how she has always paid everyone else. I however was the only one to have a guts to leave her a neg as well. You can bet she would have been NARU earlier if others would have the seeds to leave negs when deserved.

I've had more NPBs in the last two weeks than in the last two years,I hope this trend doesn't continue.

I've gotten more bounced checks this month than I got all last year.

That is a trend I certainly hope will not continue.

I think now I might have been lucky that only one of my recent auctions sold!

I'm still intrigued by the idea that another poster set as his policy. I think it was Rusty, but I might be mistaken. Very simple plan. When a bidder wants a strike removed, charge them a fee of $25.00 if they send it in 30 days or less. On day 31, the price goes up to $50.00. I'm just waiting for a deadbeat to ask me to remove a strike.

And talk about yer e bay hidden charges? hahahaha. the bill I got said, $14.00.........when I GOT there to pay was when they HIT me with the "HANDLING FEES". $27.00! If City Government can do this then e bay is just a DROP in the private sector bucket. NO MORE ing about handling fees, they are just a FACT of LIFE.

I mean we ALL trust and believe OUR City Government is out to protect US, right?
