I am leaving for a month on Sept 1, My last day of "Ebaying" is the 27th. My auction ended tonight and some end today. in My TOS says Pay Pal and Credit Cards only. Payment must be ASAP.
So I get a email from a guy telling me he is going to pay with a money order. It's not the end of the world except that now I need to make an extra trip to my box or have someone check it while i am away. I was going to have my mail put on hold.
As much as I love selling this low end sports junk, I am getting tired of the bidders making up their own rules. I ship by Priority or UPS because it is convenient to me. It's clearly stated in my auctions how I ship and how much it cost. yet I get bidders telling me how much they are paying me and which method of shipping I am going to use.
My second problem bidder is international who told me to ship by surface mail to Spain. Then she Pay pal'd twenty dollars for my shipping cost. It's stated all over the place that I only ship by Express Mail and I do not lie on custom forms (she asked me to lie on the form). This item is over $200, weighs over 15 pounds and can break if slammed around.
I keep telling myself in less than a week I will be under a palm tree, with my girls (cats) soaking up the sun.
