i have been trying for more than a half hour on ebay's MANY roundabout venues as to contacting a nonpaying bidder ..... for some freakin' reason, they are NOT making that aspect EASY to find anymore!!!!! ... not on site map, nothin' ........... FINALLY remembered that if i went thru hoops of actuall filing an npb, it would say 'wouldn't you want to contact this person and speak to them instead?' .... had to go THAT FAR to find a phone number ... sheesh.

Never mind. You wanted a phone number.
These and other burning questions are answered by selecting Help on the right-end of the top menu bar, and typing "find contact information" in the Help Search box.
