I had a buyer who purchased an item, and then a week later purchased another and asked it I would combine shipping. I agreed. She said she had mailed the first payment, and it arrived about 2 weeks ago, the second payment has not arrived, and no replies to emails. What do I do? Send the first item? Wait and see what happens?

Hmmm. Does she live in Florida? If so, she'd have other things on her mind. Otherwise, I guess I'd send her an e-mail saying her first purchase has been paid for and is ready to be sent, waiting for $$ for second purchase, warning her she's way past the deadline for contact between buyer and seller. If no reply to that e-mail, I'd just send the first and neg her for the second purchase.

Wait for the 2nd payment, if it isn't trouble to do so. It will save packaging time and expenses. I'd suggest to the bidder to pay insurance to insure both items at once, if 2nd payment not sent yet.
