I noticed last night that photos I uploaded were getting watermarked. I have NEVER used the watermark and don't want it. Double checked my account and it said watermarking was not enabled, so I just assumed that it was a 24hour fluke on Vendio's part.
Now, this morning, I receive my Vendio bill and I am being charged for watermarking. Check my account and markingis enabled. What the heck happened here??!
Anyone find their watermarking enabled that does not want it? I've post to the services bd, but don't have an answer yet.
I last posted pics at the weeks of Sept and had no watermarking. Now this! (Now I understand how Jack feels!)
***Just checked. I did two uploads last night, the first was not watermarked, but the second was.

well since I haven't listed lately...no, I haven't had anything watermarked. But it did prompt me to go over and check my preferences and sure enough, it was on by default.
That made me go through and check everything else and found I had a whole buncha old email addy's in all my WBN's etc.

GG, thanks for verifying, I thought I was going nuts or something.
I had not checked my recycle bin for months until last night. I cleaned out old photos to get my images under 3 mb and then set up my Image Hosting plan to the 3mb setting. I'm wondering if Vendio has set the default for "watermark" to enable and it got kicked in when I updated the Image Hosting option. But even that does not make sense, because I checked on the watermark option twice after that when I saw it on my images and it said it was NOT enabled.
Now today, this morning it was enabled and still says enabled when I check my statement, but when I click on the link, it says it is not enabled. Maybe Vendio has hired an ex-ebay programmer.
Still no word on the Services bd as to what is going on here.
