I have a few, but today received: "Nice sunglasses, but I kind of thought they would be new.........."
This accompanied a positive, so I guess I'm not complaining, but the auction did state "Although these sunglasses are not new, they are still in EXCELLENT condition. They come with the original Maui Jim protective case, which does have some scratches and scuffs."

This might count as the dumbest of all time (for me anyway):
On a NEUTRAL feedback: "Didnt tell me the shaft was broken, other than that it was okay" on a golf club. He sent us an email saying that we should have mentioned that the shaft was snapped in two, and that the club wasn't much use to him this way. DUH!
Apparently it was damaged during shipping, but he thought that we faked the photos and packed it broken. Wouldn't that have deserved a NEGATIVE? Or a call from the District Attorney?
Anyway, UPS did the right thing, and all's well that ends well.

I got a positive feedback awhile back that said my 8mm "items" were smaller than another seller's 8mm "items".
Hmmm ... it's either 8mm, or it's not.
I re-measured just to be absolutely sure, even though I've sold literally thousands of these "items", and sure enough, they measured 8mm!
The "other seller" must've sent her the wrong size ... or perhaps the bidder was dimensionally challenged!
(I offered her a refund upon return of the item, as I accept returns regardless of reason, and didn't want her to be stuck with something she couldn't use. She refused.)

I got a neutral on a knitting book. "Great book, not as new as expected" I bought it right from the yarn store, you can't get much newer than that!

I got one negative for slow shipping. The buyer had moved 6 weeks before and mistakenly gave me his old address and left no forwarding address. He eventually got it after I got it back and had to re-ship it.

I got a neg (a MONTH after the auction) from a lady who bought a hand-made crematory urn because it wasn't glazed on the bottom. I never heard one word from her in the month between the end of the auction and her neg. She's now NARU'd.

My favorite was "Nice item although expensive". DUH! It's an AUCTION and she set the final price! She did give me a positive though.
